New for 2024!

We are pleased to introduce Canatot des Terdrix Z {Candi} to our broodmare herd for 2024.

​

Candi was imported from France as a young horse and bred by her previous owner to Numero Uno, producing a fantastic colt, prior to going into sport. Candi competed to 1.30 m in Ontario and Florida, she is a brave, forward thinking jumper with textbook form and great scope. She has excellent, lofty gaits, she could easily produce hunters, too!

Her sire, Canabis Z, a direct son of Contender, competed internationally for 6 years up to 1.60 m. He has 11 approved sons and 13 progeny competing at 1.60 m, with about 80 more competing at or above 1.40 m.

Her dam, Umay des Terdrix is by Le Tot de Semilly, the sire of Diamant de Semilly. Her direct damline has produced a large number of high level sport horses including the approved 1.60 m stallion Londontimes.

Candi is a large mare, standing 17.1 hh, with correct rectangular conformation, long lines, uphill build and long legs. She is incredibly sweet and calm in the barn with a great work ethic under saddle.
